The cook shared a recipe for a delicious lightly salted red fish with salt, sugar, and coriander on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 100 g of sea salt
- 75 g of sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander (optional)
Method of preparation:
1. Mix salt, sugar and coriander.
2. Cover the fish completely with this mixture and cover with cling film, refrigerate for 12 hours.
3. Then rinse under running cold water and dry with napkins.
Slice the fish and store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 0-4 to 5 days or pack in portions in bags and freeze and store in the freezer for up to 30 days!
