How to get rid of pimples without makeup: effective remedies

If you have an important job interview, a performance on stage, or a romantic date scheduled for a certain day, you can be sure that a huge pimple will pop out on your face that day. Or even several.

Tip 1

The simplest and most affordable remedy that saved our mothers and grandmothers is toothpaste. This life hack will work if a pimple broke out the evening before an important event. Just apply a small amount of toothpaste overnight and the pimple will dry and the redness will subside.

Important warning: use only white toothpaste that does not contain sodium lauryl sulfate.

Tip 2

Pharmacy products can also be helpful: for example, eye drops or nasal decongestants. Put a little on a cotton swab or sponge and put it in the freezer for a few minutes. Then place it on the problem area for five minutes to help dry the pimple and relieve redness.

Essential oils are very effective natural ingredients for combating skin imperfections. Cosmetologists recommend trying lavender essential oil.
