Ingredients:
- pork ribs - 1 kg.
- salt and pepper - to taste
- dried garlic
- smoked paprika
- soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp
- barbecue sauce
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and clean the ribs.
2. Remove the film and, if the rib is very fatty, the excess fat (it can then be used for minced meat).
3. Season the cleaned ribs with salt and pepper, and add spices and soy sauce.
4. Lubricate well with barbecue sauce.
5. Put in the refrigerator for an hour to marinate.
6. Wrap the marinated ribs in foil and put them in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
7. Remove, open the foil, and put in the oven for another 20 minutes.
