Viewers of the acclaimed movie "Barbie" found an unremarkable but important reference to the historical enemies of the famous doll. In the film by Greta Gerwig, starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, Bratz "dolls" suddenly appeared to compete with Mattel.
Even in the Barbie story, the characters, who closely resemble the four iconic toys, were skeptical of the visitor from the pink world. The reference was noticed by one of the TikTok users, who told his subscribers about it (to see the photo, scroll to the bottom of the page).
In a day, the video garnered almost 20 million views and thousands of comments from moviegoers who did not notice it while watching.

In one scene, Margot Robbie in a pink cowgirl costume was trying to impress four teenage girls sitting at a table. However, they said in a rude manner that they were not happy with the image of Barbie.
Attentive viewers noticed that the four secondary characters closely resembled a set of Bratz dolls - Yasmin, Chloe, Jade and Sasha. According to the the original, each doll had its own peculiarity, which was embodied by the actresses. Greta Gerwig even gave them the same names.
