Healthy Chicken Pie: a recipe without yeast and fuss

For example, a food blogger with the nickname smachna_dopomoha demonstrated on Instagram how to make a really healthy pie from simple ingredients. Her recipe does not contain yeast or any fuss. It is also very convenient to take with you.

Ingredients

  • Turkey/chicken fillet - 300 g
  • Thighs - 200 g
  • Onions - 2 pcs.
  • Kefir - 500 ml
  • Rye flour - 80 g
  • Baking powder - ½ tsp.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Spices - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - for decoration
  • Cumin - for decoration
  • Ghee - ½ tsp
  • Water - 100 ml

Method of preparation

1. Blend the meat, onion, and spices in a blender.

2. Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the minced meat in, and cover with water.

3. Add salt and spices. Stir fry until the meat is cooked and the liquid evaporates. Let it cool slightly.

4. Mix eggs, kefir and spices. Sift the flour and baking powder and mix until smooth.

5. Turn on the oven to preheat 180 degrees.

6. Pour 1/3 of the liquid into a parchment-lined mold, put the minced meat on top, and pour the rest of the mixture.

7. Sprinkle with seeds and put in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
