French apple pie with almost no flour: a recipe for a light and delicate dessert

Ingredients:
- chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 60 g
- butter - 25 g
- milk - 100 ml
- wheat flour - 100 g
- baking powder - 2 tsp.
- ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- salt - 2 g
- apples - 5-6 pcs.
- powdered sugar for decoration - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the chicken eggs and sugar until fluffy and light. Pour the milk at room temperature into the mixture.
2. Add the sifted wheat flour mixed with baking powder, salt and ground cinnamon to the dough. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients until the dough has a smooth consistency.
3. Wash the apples, peel them, core and seed them. Cut the apples into thin slices, add to the dough, and mix.
4. Cover a rectangular baking dish with parchment.
5. Cool the finished pie in the mold, then carefully transfer the dish and garnish with powdered sugar, you can sprinkle with almond crumbs on top.
