Ingredients for the batter
- eggs - 2 pcs
- milk - 400 ml
- flour - 4 tbsp
- sugar - 1.5 tbsp
- salt - a pinch
- oil - 3 tbsp
Ingredients for the filling
- cottage cheese - 350 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- vanilla
- butter - 30 g
Method of preparation
1. Mix all the ingredients for the batter and beat well with a blender.
2. Fry on both sides until cooked.
3. Combine all the ingredients for the filling in a deep bowl and beat too.
4. Cut each pancake into 4 pieces.
5. Stuff the pancakes and put them in a baking dish.
6. Brush with melted butter and bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
