Ingredients

  • Beetroot – 300 gr
  • Feta – 100 gr
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Greens – optional
  • Nuts – optional

The method of preparation

1. Bake the beets in the oven or cook in a slow cooker or saucepan.

2. Peel and chop the beetroot into random pieces.

3. Chop the feta.

4. Put the beets, feta, and garlic in a blender and grind until smooth.

5. If desired, the finished spread can be sprinkled with herbs and chopped nuts.
