Russia has come up with a new "purpose for the SMO". This time it consists of the "anti-colonization aspirations" of the aggressor state.

It turns out that Russia kills Ukrainians and destroys Ukrainian cities so that African states "would be free". This surprising idea was expressed by the official speaker of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova during the Russia-Africa summit held on July 27-28 in the Russian city of St. Petersburg.

Zakharova stated that Russia launched unprovoked armed aggression against Ukraine for the sake of Africans.

"What are we fighting for? Don't you see what our guys are giving their lives for? It not just talking. They literally give their lives so that the African continent and all people on our planet were free," the Russian foreign ministry spokeswoman said.

Earlier, Maria Zakharova said that Ukrainians dream of such a president as Putin and hate Russia not because of its aggressive invasion, grief, destruction and death, which it brought to the Ukrainian land, but "out of envy".

Zakharova also threatened to bomb a Rheinmetall factory to be built in Ukraine. Germany responded to the threats. The arms concern said that it was not going to respond to the aggressor's threats and would not stop the building of the enterprise.
