Water can damage the finish of wooden furniture and leave light spots. Excessive moisture causes the wood to swell and crack. It is better to use a soft microfiber cloth and high-quality polishing products to restore shine and remove dirt.

Leather goods

If your leather furniture or shoes get dirty, do not use water as the liquid will leave unwanted light stains and cause the leather to crack. Also, avoid using natural oils to add shine to your items. Products with a high fat content will accelerate surface cracking.

Musical instruments

Water discolors and damages wood, as well as adversely affects the metal coating and causes instruments to dull and rust.

Silk

This delicate fabric requires special care. Water can cause stains and streaks on clothing. Gently brush the necessary areas with a soft brush to remove dirt and dust, and then use a detergent designed for this material.

Household appliances

Do not wipe your gadgets, TV, laptop, or other electronic devices with water as the liquid can damage them. It is enough to wipe the devices with a soft microfiber cloth to remove dust and dirt.
