On the morning of July 31, the city of Kryvyi Rih was shaken by loud explosions, after which an air alert was declared in the entire Dnipropetrovsk region. Thus, the aggressor country Russia once again launched missile strikes on the city - tentatively, two high-rise buildings were attacked, where there may be casualties.

The head of the city military administration of Kryvyi Rih Oleksandr Vilkul pointed out the explosions and urged citizens not to record anything on camera, but soon in the network began to report about the arrival on the housing infrastructure. A few minutes before, air-raid sirens sounded in Kryvyi Rih and the entire Dnipropetrovsk region. The AFU Air Force warned of the threat of the enemy using ballistic weapons.

Despite warnings from the authorities, local chat rooms have already published a photo from Kryvyi Rih, stating that it was about a fly-in in a residential neighborhood.

"In Kryvyi Rih because of the explosion the windows flew out of the residents of the house. There is destruction at the site of the arrival! Preliminary, there are injured," - stated in the message.

The footage shows an enemy missile literally piercing several floors of an apartment building. A fire went up there.

Residents were quickly evacuated. Ambulances, rescue and law enforcement services arrived at the site of the strike.

At the same time, some blogs point out that there were two attacks: probably by Iskander-M ballistic missiles and both on civilian objects - residential houses.

"Just ordinary apartments. Just ordinary people. There are casualties," the network wrote.

"The enemy launched a missile strike on Kryvyi Rih. Now all necessary services are working at the scene. Observe safety measures. Stay in shelters until the air alert is canceled. Additional information is specified!" - confirmed in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The head of the department, Ihor Klimenko, specified that the occupants struck the city with two missiles: one hit a four-story building of an educational institution, under the rubble of which there may be people; the second destroyed a section from the fourth to the ninth floors of a residential building, where there was a fire.

As of 10:15 a.m., one death is known. Ten residents have sought medical attention.

"Emergency workers are putting out the fire and removing the rubble. There may still be people there... Rescue work continues," the minister noted.

President Volodymyr Zelensky reacted to the next war crimes of the Russian occupation army - strikes on Kryvyi Rih and Kherson on July 31. He assured that terror tactics on the part of the Russians would not break Ukrainians.
