Russia deploys special forces to the Belgorod region due to fear of partisan attacks - CNS

The Russian command has deployed an elite unit of the 322nd centre of the Russian special operations forces "Senezh" to the Belgorod region. Due to the fear of a flourishing guerrilla movement in the region, all operations of the unit were urgently suspended, and special forces were deployed in border settlements.

This was reported by the National Resistance Centre. It is noted that the main task of the unit is to conduct "anti-sabotage activities" on the Russian border.

However, the Centre is confident that no enemy actions will be able to stop the resistance movement.

As a reminder, the day before, the Russian Federation claimed that a battle was allegedly taking place on the border with Belgorod Oblast. The Russians complained that "saboteurs" had attacked the Shebekino checkpoint with tanks.

According to the propagandists, Shebekino came under heavy fire at night and one of the shells hit the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Meanwhile, the governor of Belgorod region confirmed the evacuation of local residents. Some people are trying to leave Shebekino on their own transport, without waiting for the authorities to act.

Meanwhile, representatives of the Freedom of Russia Legion published an appeal announcing a new operation in the Russian Federation. The soldier recorded it against the backdrop of a large convoy of vehicles, which, according to him, the legion got because of the cowardice of Putin's occupiers.

On June 2, the volunteers announced that they were continuing the fight. They showed their tank in the village of Nova Tavolzhanka near Shebekino and also published fragments of the battle.

- At the same time, British intelligence noted that the launch of the second phase of the operation in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation by Russian volunteers has put the Russian command in a dilemma. Now the Russian Federation is considering whether to strengthen defences in Russia's border regions or to strengthen its borders in the occupied territories of Ukraine.
