Putin stopped traveling abroad after ICC arrest warrant

Vladimir Putin, Russia's chief war criminal, has stopped traveling abroad after the International Criminal Court issued a warrant for his arrest. Moreover, the dictator will not even attend the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

The last time the Kremlin head left the Russian Federation on December 19 - in the Belarusian capital Minsk. This is reported by the Telegram-channel "Verstka".

In total, since the beginning of the full-scale war against Ukraine, the Kremlin dictator has left Russia 10 times. In September 2022, Putin traveled to, among other places, the SCO summit, which was held in Uzbekistan.

This year's SCO summit is scheduled to take place in India, and according to a high-ranking source in the Russian State Duma, Putin is not going to go to the summit solely because of an arrest warrant from the ISS.

Russia is already openly saying that the dictator does not feel secure enough, including because of the recent drone attacks on Moscow, and is trying to minimize the risks to himself. Some sources in the Kremlin say that the Russian war criminal now tends to avoid public appearances, much less any trips abroad.

Meanwhile, because of Putin's fear, the organizers of the SCO summit have resorted to radical changes. The Indian Foreign Ministry announced that the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will be held in the online format. However, until recently the participants were planning to arrive in person.

Changes in the format of the summit are associated solely with the issuance of an international arrest warrant for Putin. It should also be noted that the online format of the summit has been held only once in history - in 2020 because of the pandemic coronavirus.

Recall that on March 17, the International Criminal Court in The Hague issued international arrest warrants for Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and Russian children's rights ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova.

Currently, 32 countries have already declared their willingness to arrest Russian dictator Vladimir Putin under the warrant. The list includes some of the states that the Kremlin considered friendly.

At the same time, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that there will be no hybrid tribunal for Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin. Ukraine will work on the creation of a separate international tribunal.

Earlier, it was reported that the terrorist country in response to the issuance of a warrant for Putin's arrest announced that Karim Ahmad Khan, a prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, was wanted. It was he who issued the arrest warrant for the dictator and war criminal.
