In order not to blend in and look stunning, Ukrainian stylist Inna Hrynenko shared on Instagram 9 mistakes you can make when choosing an outfit. Among them are the wrong shade of clothes, accessories, and styles, and the problem of wearing "what everyone else has because it's fashionable."

1. Colors eat away

Or rather, the wrong shades. They take up a lot of attention, which is why a person can simply get lost in "the wrong colors."

2. Favorite styles of clothing make people bored

The stylist advises not to be afraid to experiment with different styles, because the same cut of clothes makes the images look very similar.

3. Dedication to nude trench coats

Trench coats are still popular among Ukrainians, but in order not to be "like everyone else," Inna believes that you should at least add some zest to your look so as not to "lose" your individuality.

4. Cropped jeans have the right to live, but there is a nuance

To avoid looking like they've been shot, you need to calculate their length correctly. Jeans will look harmonious if they end 1-2 cm above the narrowest point on the leg, the stylist writes.

5. Incorrect length of outerwear disturbs proportions

According to Inna, you should either prefer outerwear that completely covers the hem of a skirt or dress, or that the length difference is not too great. If there are no suitable options, it is better to wear a short jacket or coat.

6. Casual also needs accessories

Casual looks are among the most common and comfortable among other styles of clothing. But when wearing a casual outfit, don't forget about accessories - they will add a twist.

7. Small bags with oversized clothes

When combining oversized clothes and a bag, the stylist advises choosing an accessory of medium to large size. This way, they won't get lost against the background of a jacket or coat.

8. Outdated clothes make you old

Outdated clothes can add a few extra years to your life, so you should follow the fashion and choose modern looks.

9. Total oversize is not good

"Choose tight styles with a bottom layer or compensate with a tight bottom," the stylist wrote.
