Defenders of Ukraine have been in captivity for over 10 months

A new patriotic mural has appeared on the facade of a building in Kyiv's Podil district. It is dedicated to the defenders of Azovstal.

This was reported by the press service of the Association of Families of Azovstal Defenders. You can see the artists' work at 69 Kirillovskaya Street.

"In Kyiv, the facade of the production facility was decorated with a huge mural in support of Azovstal's defenders. The Mad Heads Coffee Roasters team decided to support Azovstal's defenders from Azov in an extremely creative way - the facade of the facility is now decorated with a huge mural reminding of the captivity of the heroes," the Association said.

It is reported that the work on the mural lasted several days, and now the walls of the institution have become a telling reminder of the captivity of more than 700 Azovstal defenders, which has now lasted for more than 10 months.

The mural depicts hands in shackles, and next to it is written: "Fight for them as they were fighting for us".

Recall that a mural in honour of the Ukrainian Hero, who was brutally shot by the Russian occupiers, has appeared in Odesa. The graffiti adorns a wall near the Srednofontansky shopping centre in Odesa.

As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, a mural reflecting the unity and resilience of the Ukrainian people has appeared in Kyiv. The mural was created by Kharkiv-based artist Sonya Morozyuk.
