No mayonnaise: a healthy spring salad with simple ingredients in 10 minutes
In spring, it is best to prepare salads with fresh vegetables and greens. Dressing such salads is better not with mayonnaise, but aromatic oils.
Cook Irina shared on Instagram a recipe for an easy salad of boiled eggs, with green onions, peas and sour cream.
- boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- cucumbers - 1 pc.
- peas - 1 jar
- green onions - bunch
- dill, parsley - to taste
- salt, pepper - to taste
- sour cream or mayonnaise - 1,5-2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs, cut into cubes.
2. Cut the cucumbers into sticks, finely chop the dill, parsley and green onions.
3. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add canned peas, salt and pepper. Season with mayonnaise or sour cream and mix well.
