Salad is always a good option for a tasty and nourishing dish, which can be prepared from a variety of products. It is always best to use seasonal products for cooking, so salads will be the most healthy. And for dressing - flavorful oils, yogurt, sour cream or homemade mayonnaise.

Culinarian Valerie shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and easy-to-make salad that can be a dish for the holiday table as well as for every day.

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber
  • Boiled eggs
  • Canned corn
  • Mayonnaise
  • Green onion
  • Salt / pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Dice the eggs along with the cucumber.

 

2. Chop the onion finely.

 

3. Add the corn, dress with mayonnaise, and stir.
