"Berlin" salad for the Easter table in 10 minutes: a simple recipe for an original dish
Salad is always a good option for a hearty meal for lunch, dinner and a dish for the holiday table. They can be made with different vegetables, herbs, and light dressings.
The editors of FoodOboz share with you the recipe for a very tasty and easy-to-make Berlin salad with delicious dressing. The recipe was published in the food blog about food "Smakoluk.ua" in Instagram.
Ingredients:
- ham or chicken fillet - 300 g
- pickles - 300 g
- Sweet pepper or cherry tomatoes - 1 pc
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- whites - 2 pcs.
- green onions - a bunch
- hard cheese - 100 g
Dressing:
- yolks - 2 pcs.
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
- mustard - 1 tsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Dressing: Crush yolks with a fork together with mustard. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix well until smooth.
2. Cut the ham in slices or cubes, the peppers, cucumbers and eggs as well.
3. Cut the cheese into large cubes.

4. Chop the green onions finely.
5. Transfer all the ingredients to a bowl, add the dressing and stir. Ready salad is better to put in the fridge for 1 hour, so it will be even tastier.
You can add breadcrumbs before serving, but this is optional!
