Without rice and corn: a delicious and light crab salad in a new way
Crab stick salad is one of the simplest and most delicious dishes that is very easy and quick to prepare. The basis of this salad is crab sticks, sometimes rice, corn. But to make the salad light, just replace or remove some of the ingredients.
Cook Victoria (cook_with_me_at_home) shared a recipe for a delicious salad with crab sticks, tomatoes, cheese and mayonnaise on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- crab sticks - 400 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- tomato - 2 pcs.
- cheese - 150-200 g
- mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp
- salt, pepper - to taste
- greens - optional
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs, cool and peel.
2. Cut the crab sticks into cubes and place them on the bottom of the plate, make a "net" of mayonnaise on top.
3. Grate the eggs, put them on the crab sticks, then the mayonnaise, dice the tomatoes and put them on the eggs.
4. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and put it on the tomatoes. Decorate the top with a mayonnaise net and sprinkle with herbs.
Refrigerate the salad for several hours.
