Tartlets for the New Year's table in 10 minutes: a recipe for a delicious appetizer

Stuffed tartlets are the most delicious and simple appetizer for a festive table. You can prepare the filling for them from crab sticks, cheese, bacon, and herbs.

The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for delicious and very easy-to-prepare tartlets with hard cheese and pineapple.

Ingredients:

• Salad tartlets (better to take from shortcrust pastry) - 14 pcs.
• Hard cheese - 150 g
• Pineapples (canned pieces) - 150 g
• Eggs - 3 pcs.
• Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
• Nuts - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the cheese and eggs on a coarse grater, chop the pineapples finely and combine all the ingredients, add the mayonnaise and mix well.

2. Next, put the filling into the tartlets and sprinkle generously with nuts. Grind the nuts in a blender or on a fine grater.
