Potato zrazy with an unusual filling for a snack: how to prepare it in a simple way

Potato zrazy can be made with meat, cabbage, mushrooms, and even fish. Sardines are ideal for this filling option.

Ingredients:

• sardines - 1 b.
• eggs (boiled) - 2 pcs.
• spices: salt, pepper - to taste

Ingredients:

• potatoes - 1 kg
• egg (raw) - 1 pc.
• spices: salt, pepper, dried garlic - to taste
• flour - 3-4 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Filling: put the sardines on a plate, drain the oil, add the eggs and mix.

2. Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water until tender and mash them. Let cool, add the egg, spices and mix until smooth. Add the flour and mix again.

3. Form the dough into balls, put the filling on each one, shape and fry until golden brown.
