Ingredients:
- rice (preferably basmati) – 1 cup
- frozen sea bass – 500 grams (after defrosting it will be up to 400)
- carrots – 1/2 pc.
- onion – 1/2 pc.
- bell pepper – 1/3 pc.
- soy sauce – to taste
- garlic – 1-2 cloves.
- sesame seeds and green onions for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Boil rice in slightly salted water (1:2).

2. Fry the diced carrots, onions, and bell peppers in vegetable oil. Add the thawed seafood cocktail and cook for a few minutes to evaporate the moisture.
