1. Pancakes with avocado and banana:
Ingredients:
- Avocado – 1 pc.
- Banana or apple – 1 pc.
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Baking powder – on the tip of a teaspoon
- Flour – 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the banana and avocado with a fork, add the egg, and mix.
2. Add the flour and baking powder and mix well to make the dough smooth.
3. Fry the pancakes on both sides until cooked.
2. Oatmeal pancake (can be served with fruit, meat, vegetables, etc.)
Ingredients:
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- banana – 1 pc.
- kefir – 2-3 tbsp.
- oil – 1 tsp.
- oatmeal – 50 g
- any berries – 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the banana, add the egg, mix.
2. Pour in kefir, add oatmeal, mix, let the dough stand or you can add cooked oatmeal, you should get the consistency of thick sour cream.
3. Add the berries at the end and fry the pancakes.
3. Banana pancakes
Ingredients:
- banana – 1 pc.
- eggs – 1 pc.
- kefir, yogurt, sour cream – 2 tbsp.
- flour – 2-3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the banana.
2. Add the egg, and mix well.
3. Pour in the kefir and add the flour, mix.
4. Fry the pancakes until golden brown.
