How to cook juicy chicken fillet for dinner: we share a recipe for a delicious dish for the whole family
Chicken fillet can be the basis for making delicious and healthy cutlets and chops. It can also be deliciously baked with cheese, vegetables, and sauces.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very juicy and tasty fillet with cheese and vegetables, which is cooked in the oven in parchment.
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken fillets
- seasoning for chicken
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 180 g of mozzarella
- 120 g of sour cream
- salt - to taste
- herb mixture
- tomato
Method of preparation:
1. Make cuts in the fillet to create a pocket. Sprinkle with chicken seasoning and drizzle with olive oil. Rub well on all sides and leave for 10-15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, add sour cream, salt, and Italian herb mixture to the grated mozzarella and mix well.
3. Fill with the cheese mass, and close them. Place on parchment and fold over the edges. Place tomato slices on top of the fillet. Spread the rest of the cheese mixture on the tomatoes. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 190 C.
