Chicken and greens are the perfect combination for light appetizers and salads. It is better to dress such salads with light oil dressings rather than mayonnaise.

Cook Anna shared a recipe for a delicious and light salad made with lettuce, chicken and cheese on Instagram.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 bunch of lettuce
- 1 fried chicken fillet
- 2 tangerines
- olives
- mozzarella
- tomatoes
Sauce:
- 1 tsp. each of French and regular mustard
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of honey
- a pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp oil.
Method of preparation:
1. Bake fillet with spices and cut it randomly.
2. Disassemble tangerines into pieces.

3. Chop vegetables, cheese, and olives.

4. Put the greens on a plate and top with the fillet and tangerines. Drizzle with the sauce!
