Tastier and healthier than pizza: Tania Lytvynova tells how to make Greek lazy quiche

Today we are going to cook a dish that looks very similar to pizza, but is not. A dish that tastes even better than pizza and doesn't require much effort to prepare.

This unusual recipe was shared by chef Tetiana Lytvynova. On Instagram, she explained how to make Greek lazy quiche.

Ingredients:

  • Tortilla - 1 pc
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Cottage cheese - 50 gr
  • Cherry tomatoes - 5 pcs
  • Olives - 5 pcs
  • Mozzarella cheese - 50 gr
  • Spinach - 30 g
  • Green onions - 15 g

Method of preparation:

1. Put the tortilla sheet on a frying pan that can be put in the oven.

2. Break the eggs on the tortilla and mix them directly in the pan.

3. Add cottage cheese.

4. Finely chop the green onions, and cut the olives and tomatoes in half. Put them in the pan.

5. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan.

6. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.

7. Put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
