Spicy raw ajika in 15 minutes: the easiest recipe
Adjika is a popular Georgian condiment that is boiled or made raw. The sauce is based on tomatoes and sweet and hot peppers. For a spicy and rich flavor, the seasoning can be supplemented with garlic, horseradish, and even apples.
One of the culinary blogs (bonitavkusnoo) on Instagram published a recipe for raw adjika with garlic, which does not need to be boiled.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- bell pepper - 500 g
- onion - 500 g
- hot pepper - 2 pcs
- garlic - 1\2 glass
- vinegar - 50 g
- salt - 50 g
- sugar - 50 g
- vegetable oil - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and peel tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic. Cut everything into random pieces. Grind all the vegetables in a meat grinder.
2. Add salt, sugar, vegetable oil and vinegar to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
3. Pour the resulting mass into jars and leave in the refrigerator to let the sauce set. Then store in the refrigerator as well. Enjoy!
