Fermented apples in a few days: how to prepare in a jar

You're definitely lucky if you've had a great apple harvest this year. In addition to jam and preserves, they can be deliciously fermented. The advantage of this unusual dish is that the fruit can be eaten within a few days or stored for a long period of time. Also, you don't need a barrel and a lot of extra ingredients to ferment apples. Water, salt, sugar, and a jar are all you need.
The recipe for fermented apples for the winter was published in one of the culinary blogs "Recipes and Technologies" on YouTube.
Ingredients for a 3-liter jar:
- apples
- salt – 1 tbsp
- sugar – 2 tbsp
- water at room temperature
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to prepare the apples, namely wash them thoroughly.
2. Then put the apples in a jar.
3. When the apples are laid out, add sugar and salt.
4. Next, fill the jar with water. Close the jar with a nylon lid. Shake slightly.
5. Leave the jar in a dark, warm place. The apples will be ready in a few days.
