Quick rice with vegetables and meat for lunch: easier than pilaf

Instead of traditional pilaf, which takes a lot of time to prepare, you can make rice with vegetables and meat. All you need is a regular frying pan. The dish is very juicy and satisfying.
The idea of cooking rice with vegetables and chicken was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alex Mil (mil_alexx). Be sure to add chicken broth.
Ingredients:
- 450 g chicken or turkey fillet
- 150 g of raw rice
- 150 g of corn
- 120 g of onions
- 120 g of sweet pepper
- 250 g of tomato puree
- 500 ml of vegetable broth
- salt, pepper, paprika, hot pepper – 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 20 g of oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the onion in oil for 3 minutes.
2. Add pepper and fry for another 5 minutes.
3. Add finely chopped fillet, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, hot pepper.
4. Stir-fry for 7 minutes.
5. Pour in the corn and washed raw rice.
6. Pour in the broth, tomato puree, stir, and simmer over low heat, covered, for about 17-20 minutes.
