Ingredients:

  • puff pastry – 300 g
  • cream cheese – 100 g
  • lightly salted salmon – 100 g
  • avocado
  • teriyaki sauce
  • sesame seeds
  • arugula

Method of preparation:

1. Roll out the dough.

2. Make cuts on all sides.

3. Brush the yolk on top.

4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

5. Spread cream cheese on top.

6. Put avocado slices and salmon pieces.

7. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce.

8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
