Not just zucchini: how to make delicious eggplant fritters in 10 minutes
Salty fritters can be prepared not only from zucchini, but also from eggplants. They are fragrant and appetizing, can be a main course and an appetizer, suitable for any garnish. Cooking them is very simple, the whole process takes 10 minutes.
- eggplants - 2 pcs
- eggs - 1 pc
- salt, spices
- milk - 2 tbsp.
- garlic - 1-2 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. Wash eggplants, peel the skin as desired and grate the vegetable on a coarse grater.
2. Add the egg, spices, milk to the grated eggplant, squeeze the garlic through the press or chop the vegetable. Mix everything thoroughly.
3. Add flour to the resulting mass, mix the dough so that there are no lumps.
