Ingredients:

  • flour - 500 g
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • yeast - 1 p (7 g)
  • warm kefir - 150 ml
  • warm water - 180 ml
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Add salt, sugar and yeast to the flour. Mix well.

2. Gradually add warm water and kefir. Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands and add oil. Put it in a warm place.

3. After the dough rises for the first time, knead it again. After the second rise, put it in a frying pan and leave it for another 20 minutes under the lid.

4. Fry for 1 hour over low heat, then turn to the other side and cook for another 20 minutes under the lid.
