Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 2 pcs.
  • sour cream – 5 tbsp.
  • garlic – 1 clove
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • tomato – 1 pc.
  • cheese – 150 g
  • salt, pepper, and spices for chicken

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the fillet, cut it into several pieces, and make cuts in each piece with a mesh.

2. Add 3 tbsp of sour cream, garlic, salt, spices, coat well and leave for half an hour. Meanwhile, fry the finely chopped onion.

3. Mix tomato, onion, grated cheese (not all of it), and 2 tbsp of sour cream.

4. Put the meat in a baking dish and top it with a coat of tomatoes, onions, and cheese. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.

5. Bake for 50 minutes at 190 degrees. In this case, sprinkle with cheese at the end. If you put it on a large baking sheet in separate pieces, then only 30 minutes is enough.
