Tina Karol impressed with the new sound of the carol "O gray-haired one, you are a cuckoo"

The famous Ukrainian singer Tina Karol together with the PROBASS & HARDI band sang a new version of the famous Ukrainian carol "Oh gray-haired cuckoo". The modified Christmas song became a fresh modern take on Ukrainian folklore.

Listeners believe that in such a difficult period for Ukraine, it is especially important to return to traditional Ukrainian culture and learn about our identity through it. Modern projects like this popularize our musical heritage and allow us to fall in love with our own traditions. Karol sang the updated version of the carol on 1+1 Breakfast and shared the video on her Facebook page.

"A new sound of the famous carol. A little mood for you. Everything will be Ukraine!" Tina wrote.

The artist said that she had asked PROBASS & HARDI to join her Christmas music initiative and modernize the old carol. The band's frontman, in turn, said that he could not refuse the star, as he agrees that it is important to popularize the original Ukrainian culture by all possible means.

Among other things, Karol impressed her fans with her luxurious look. The singer put on an incredibly beautiful embroidered shirt with red floral ornaments on white fabric. The shirt's peculiarity is its long sleeves of an unusual shape.

Meanwhile, commenters have praised both the modern adaptation of the old carol and the artist's festive outfit. Below the video, they leave: "Very sweet-sounding singing!", "How beautiful", "Very cool, to the goosebumps. Tina never ceases to amaze!", "Finally, this is wow".

As OBOZ.UA wrote earlier, in Odesa, children began singing Christmas songs in the shelter of a school. The young Ukrainians cheered up both themselves and the adults, and also touched the netizens who watched the video.
