Ukraine's representative at the prestigious Miss Universe 2022 pageant Victoriia Apanasenko has become a mom for the first time. The model gave birth to a daughter, who was named Emilia.

Her husband, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine for the development of IT-industry Oleksandr Borniakov told about it in his Facebook. He thanked his beloved and showed the first photo with his daughter.

"Emilia, my daughter, your mom and I have been waiting for you very much. Since the moment you appeared, you have made us both happy. And you will do it for all the time we have left. I really want you to read this post when you grow up and look at us because this is what happy people look like," the newly minted dad wrote.

The face of the newborn was covered with an emoji. Victoriia Apanasenko herself has not yet made contact.

About the pregnancy she reported a few days ago, because she wanted to keep her condition a secret. The model did not seek to make content on the birth of the child, so his blog has only a few photos from this period.

"During pregnancy, I reduced the pace and dynamics of life. I wanted to hide from others, and at some point I stopped attending public events when my belly became visible. Of course, I continued to work until the third trimester, because then it became physically difficult to do anything. I shifted my focus to preparing for a new stage of life. I started to pay more attention to myself, physical and mental health," Victoriia Apanasenko told Elle.
