The famous makeup artist Alexis Stone, who loves extravagant transformations, this time repeated the look of Miranda Priestly, the heroine of the movie The Devil Wears Prada. He surprised everyone with his appearance at the Balenciaga show held during Paris Fashion Week.

The drama was released in 2006 and became a cult movie about the fashion industry. Meryl Streep played the role of a 'b**chy' fashion magazine editor.

Alexis showed the makeup creation process on his Instagram page. In the caption to the post, the makeup artist noted that his team had been working on Miranda's transformation for three months. In an interview with British Vogue, Stone admitted that he and Balenciaga's creative director Demna Gvasalia originally planned to recreate Priestly's look at this year's Met Gala.

"But the powers forbade us to do it," Alexis told the magazine, "It was only a matter of time before we did it during Fashion Week. Most people at a fashion show are focused on looking their best, but I want to stand out from the crowd."

The look turned out to be extremely similar thanks to the glued-on parts of the face, the wig, and the false veneers. "We got the wig and I managed to get Miranda's original sunglasses," the celebrity said.
