Another "dove of peace," Russian blogger Victoria Bonia, who has a million followers, congratulated Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk on his victory in the rematch against British Tyson Fury. The Russian woman, who has over 11 million followers on Instagram, posted stories straight from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where the impressive fight took place the day before.

In the video, the athlete raises up a 17th-century saber of Ivan Mazepa. Bonya also showed a photo with his WBC belt, where he smiles with satisfaction. "Congratulations! A decent fight, Usyk defended his belt, it's worthy of respect," the blogger wrote.

However, not everyone shared her happiness - after that, the Russian woman faced a wave of hate. "The Nation of Snitches immediately reported the star's actions to the prosecutor's office. Now the influencer will be checked for sponsorship of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Her own compatriots call Bona's behavior a "spit in the direction of Russia." "Obviously, such actions are a spit in the direction of Russia, all our athletes and participants of the World Cup. I can't imagine that during the Great Patriotic War, any Russian would have traveled to another country to support an outright enemy of our country and it would have gone unchallenged," Ekaterina Mizulina, director of the Russian Safe Internet League, responded to the scandal.

Bona's excuses were not long in coming. According to the "boxing lover," she did not fly to Saudi Arabia for Usyk, but simply because she is interested in sports. The blogger said she supports Putin and her country. "I, like no one else, am fighting off hate, living in Europe, and even in this difficult time, I am flying the flag of my country - Russia! Your pathetic attempts to make me a traitor to my homeland are simply inappropriate. I have only one passport, and it's a Russian passport!" the Russian woman said in a post under which she closed the comments.
