Ukrainian TV presenter Kateryna Osadcha criticised the International Committee of the Red Cross for its inaction and asked the organisation to help evacuate Ukrainians who were stranded in the flood zone after the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station was blown up. The celebrity reminded that the organisation is neutral and has access to both sides of the "conflict".

The star posted her appeal on Instagram. She stressed that there is currently no help from the committee. "People in Kherson are dying from flooding, they can't get out of their homes, they have nothing to eat. Gorbunov's wife is angry that the organisation, which is supposed to protect and support victims of war and other situations of violence, has not yet taken the initiative to save Ukrainians in the occupied territory. The artist compared inaction to murder.
