"I have been in this house 100 times": Ostapchuk, originally from Uman, reacts emotionally to shelling of his neighbourhood and says his parents are with him

Ostapchuk reacts to Russian missile strike

Ukrainian TV presenter Volodymyr Ostapchuk reacted emotionally to Russia's missile attack on his hometown of Uman, Cherkasy region. According to him, the terrorists hit a house in the area where he had lived for many years.

Fans of the star asked him if Ostapchuk's parents were injured, and he was quick to reassure them. The messages appeared on the host's Instagram stories (scroll to the bottom of the page to see the photos).

The Ukrainian posted a photo of the aftermath of a terrorist missile attack on a residential high-rise building in Uman.

 

"I used to walk past this house to school. Unfortunately, I can't show you all the messages, but thank you for your support. My parents are fine. Four of my classmates used to live in this house. I have been there 100 times. It's just my neighbourhood," Ostapchuk wrote.

 
 

He called for information silence and for the arrival address not to be disclosed. The star's mother went to help the headquarters that takes care of the victims of the missile strike.

 

Recall that during the attack in Uman on the morning of April 28, a Russian missile destroyed the entrance of a high-rise building and killed four Ukrainians. Another 17 people were injured as a result of the actions of Russian war criminals. A fire broke out at the scene.
