Occupiers launched X-59 missile and 20 drones on Ukraine at night: 19 targets shot down

On the night of November 1, Russian war criminals attacked Ukraine again with an X-59 missile and 20 attack drones. The defenders of the sky did an excellent job and destroyed 19 air targets.

This was reported in the morning report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook. The Ukrainian Air Force's Telegram noted that the launch took place from the Kursk region and Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia.

18 attack drones and an X-59 missile were shot down. All of them were aimed at critical infrastructure and military facilities in Ukraine.

It is noted that the strike drones were destroyed along the route by tactical aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, as well as mobile fire groups of the Air Force, in cooperation with the air defense of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

Last night, Kremenchuk in the Poltava region came under attack. Enemy drones hit an oil refinery there, causing a fire. The situation in the city is currently under control and all relevant services are working at the scene of the attack.

As a reminder, there is no night in our country that goes without the terrorist state launching its "scrap metal." In particular, the day before, the invaders used two Shahed-136/131 kamikaze drones and one X-59 guided missile for a night attack on Ukraine. Both UAVs were shot down by our air defense systems, but the missile hit the Myrhorod district of the Poltava region.

On the night of October 30, Ukrainian defenders shot down 14 Russian targets over different regions of Ukraine. In particular, two X-59 missiles and 12 Shahed-136/131 kamikaze drones were neutralized. The occupiers launched the X-59 from aircraft in the airspace of the temporarily occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region, while Shahed drones flew from Russia. All targets were eliminated within 7 regions of Ukraine.

- The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported that during the air attack on the night of October 31, Russian troops tried to hit the energy and civilian infrastructure of Ukraine. The aggressor launched a missile attack on Myrhorod in the Poltava region and Selydove in the Donetsk region.

- In the morning, the Russian terrorists fired at Kherson again, killing one civilian. A car came under enemy attack.
