Ukraine can and should strike at North Korean troops who are allies of Russia. However, Ukrainian defenders can only strike at DPRK soldiers if they cross the border and are on the territory of Ukraine.

At least that's what US President Joe Biden said. According to Reuters, the American leader once again reiterated that he is concerned about the presence of North Korean troops in Russia.

"I'm concerned about it," the publication quoted Biden as saying when asked about the presence of North Korean troops in the Kursk region of Russia. "If they cross the border of Ukraine, then yes," Biden said when asked whether Ukrainians should retaliate.

Unfortunately, the American journalists did not ask, and Biden himself did not clarify, whether Ukrainians could strike at the North Korean military in Kursk, which is formally Russian territory but much of it is controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

According to the Pentagon, a total of about 10,000 DPRK troops are "training" on Russian territory. Some of them are already in the Kursk region, and several thousand more are moving towards Kursk.

These are 20-year-old boys (and some are even minors), commanded by the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the North Korean Army Kim Yong Bok.

As OBOZ.UA reported, South Korea has already provided NATO representatives with the main facts of military cooperation between Russia and the DPRK at an emergency meeting of the North Atlantic Council.

Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin also confirmed the participation of the North Korean military in the war against Ukraine.
