Two drones attacked an oil depot: new details of explosions in occupied Feodosia
On the morning of December 5, strong explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Feodosia. Later it became known that two UAVs attacked an oil depot of the Russian occupiers.
The offshore oil terminal in Feodosia came under attack. This was reported by the Crimean Wind Telegram channel.
The tank farm was attacked by two airplane-type kamikaze drones. According to preliminary data, one UAV detonated in midair, leaving only debris on the territory of the tank farm.
At the same time, the second drone fell 70 meters from one of the fuel tanks. It is also known that during the drone attack, enemy air defense systems were operating on the territory of the tank farm. In particular, the invaders tried to shoot down the UAV using the Pantsyr-S1 anti-aircraft missile and gun system.
According to eyewitnesses, the explosions occurred in Feodosia at 06:05, 06:08, 06:14 and 06:25 local time. Also, residents of the temporarily occupied Crimea wrote online that they heard the sounds of UAVs.
The offshore oil terminal is located in the northeastern part of Feodosia. There are about 30 fuel tanks on the territory of the enterprise. There are also railroad tracks that allow the Russian occupiers to quickly move fuel and lubricants throughout the Ukrainian peninsula.
As a reminder, on the night of December 5, local residents complained about explosions in the area of Kerch, temporarily occupied by Russian troops in Crimea . They wrote online that there were about 30 of them and that they shook the houses. Later, it was also reported that explosions had occurred near the oil depot in Feodosia.
Earlier it was reported that the military and guerrilla movement Atesh, created by Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars, conducted reconnaissance on the territory of the Russian Navy center in occupied Feodosia in Crimea, where a ship repair plant was discovered.
