The AFU eliminated two Russian colonels near Bakhmut

Russia confirmed the liquidation of two Russian colonels near Bakhmut. The Ukrainian military packaged Vyacheslav Makarov, commander of the 4th separate motorized rifle brigade of the so-called 2nd "LNR" army corps, as well as Yevgeny Brovko, deputy commander of the 2nd AC.

Contrary to tradition, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the "denazification" of high-ranking occupants. At the same time in the aggressor state invented "heroic" deaths for them.

"Two Russian colonels were killed while repelling an attack by the AFU, the Defense Ministry reported. They are Brovko, deputy commander of the army corps for military and political work, who participated in repelling the attack by the AFU in Artemovsk, and Makarov, commander of the 4th motorized rifle brigade, who led the battle near the village of Krasnoe," propagandists from the Russian RBK quoted a statement during the Russian Defense Ministry briefing.

Propagandists from the Russian Defense Ministry's Zvezda channel were more verbose. They decided to brighten up the fact of liquidation of two high-ranking occupants with "heroic circumstances" of their elimination.

According to Zvezda, Makarov, who was killed south of the village of Krasnoye in the Bakhmut direction, personally led the actions of the occupation group. It allegedly "repelled attacks by a battalion tactical group of the AFU."

"The commander of the 4th Motorized Rifle Brigade, Colonel Vyacheslav Makarov, while on the front line, personally led the battle;. Two enemy attacks were repulsed... During the repulsion of the third attack the brigade commander was seriously wounded and died during the evacuation from the battlefield," the propagandists gave away.

The second "denazified" by Ukrainian soldiers Russian colonel, according to the version of propagandists, portrayed himself as a "generalissimo" directly in Bakhmut.

"The deputy commander of the army corps for military and political work, Colonel Evgeny Brovko, led the actions of personnel while in another area to repel enemy attacks. During the battle to repel one of the attacks Colonel Yevgeny Brovko died heroically, having received multiple shrapnel wounds," propagandists assure the Defense Ministry.

At the same time, according to AFU officer Anatoly Stefan, both Russian colonels were killed near Kleshcheevka, where Ukrainian soldiers had delivered a powerful "bavovna" the day before.

"Fire Defeat. Point. The deputy corps commander came to raise everyone in the attack on horses and with sabers, but a gift flew to the command post," the officer noted.

Up to 20 occupants, including the commander and the chief of staff of the brigade and one of the deputy commanders of the 2nd AC were killed or wounded in the 4th OSBr of the 2nd Army Corps of the occupation troops in Donbas.

According to Stefan, the liquidation of "Colonel "T", deputy commander of 2AK for IGO; Colonel "M", commander of 4 Guards Motor Rifle Brigade; Colonel "M", chief of staff of 4 Guards Motor Rifle Brigade. And the deputy commander of 4 Guards Motor Rifle Brigade, a colonel with a surname beginning with the letter "Y", was seriously wounded, so it is not excluded that he will eventually join the "senior comrades" and from the category of "300s" will join the lists of those liquidated.
