Russia accumulated more than 800 high-precision missiles: DIU explained when they will be used

In recent months, Russia has been conducting combined strikes

As of November, the aggressor country Russia had accumulated about 800 precision-guided missiles. They can be used to strike Ukraine's energy infrastructure in winter.

This was announced by Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, during a national TV marathon. He noted that Russia is capable of producing 100 missiles of various types every month.

"We now realize that (Russia - ed.) has accumulated more than 800 high-precision missiles," Yusov said.

He added that in recent months, Russia has been conducting combined strikes, dominated by unmanned aerial vehicles.

"In recent months, they have used combined strikes where the missile component was smaller, so yes, the enemy has accumulated the appropriate reserves," the DIU representative added.

Yusov predicted that Russia is preparing to launch missile attacks with the onset of frost as the load on the power system increases at this time.

He noted that the Ukrainian security and defense forces are preparing for such a development.

He added that last year the enemy had much more stockpiles. Even though production continues, they cannot return to the levels of last winter and the full-scale invasion.

- The Russian Federation's troops have begun to use aerial bombs very actively to strike frontline settlements and positions of the Defense Forces. Recently, the number of bombs launched by the enemy per day could exceed 50, said Yuriy Ihnat, a representative of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

- He also warned that since the enemy at this stage of the war mostly resorts to single missile strikes, it is likely to accumulate weapons for future large-scale attacks.
