On Thursday, October 10, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in London. The Ukrainian leader met with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
He announced this on Telegram. The talks took place on Downing Street at the British Prime Minister's residence. The Head of State presented Starmer with the details of the Victory Plan. The parties agreed to work on it together with their allies.
"The Victory Plan is designed to create the right conditions to end the war in a fair way. I am grateful to the United Kingdom for its constant defense support of our country, in particular with long-range weapons," Zelenskyy emphasized.
As a reminder, in addition to the UK, the President is scheduled to visit France, Italy, and Germany this week. He will hold talks with the leaders of each of these countries – Emmanuel Macron, George Maloney, and Olaf Scholz. He will also meet with the Pope on October 11 in the Vatican.
The politician emphasized that the military component of our strengthening "depends on these key partners."
The day before, it became known that the meeting of the Contact Group on Ukraine's defense in the Ramstein format, which was to take place on October 12, was postponed. A new date has not yet been announced. Zelenskyy noted that the reason for this decision is clear: the natural disasters in the United States, namely the powerful Hurricane Milton.
"They require President Biden's maximum attention to the domestic situation. Any leader in similar circumstances would have stayed in his country," the guarantor said.

– On October 9, in Croatia, President Zelenskyy confirmed that receiving an invitation to NATO was part of the Victory Plan. According to the head of state, Ukraine's invitation to the Alliance and future membership would be real steps towards peace.
– Also during his visit to Croatia, the Ukrainian leader said that Russia is currently avoiding honest diplomacy, which is why Kyiv has developed its Victory Plan. The Kremlin must realize that Russia will never conquer Ukraine again.
