Ingredients:
- pumpkin - 3 kg.
- orange - 3 pcs.
- lemon - 1 pc.
- sugar - 600 g
- citric acid - 10 g
Method of preparation:

1. Peel and dice the pumpkin.
2. Chop the lemon and orange in the same way. Cut one orange with the peel and two without.

3. Put the pumpkin in a large bowl.
4. Add the lemon and orange.
5. Cover with sugar.

6. Add citric acid.
7. Mix everything well.

8. Leave to stand for 2 hours.
9. Then put the fruit in jars.
We sterilize cans

10. Pour the juice from the fruit on top.
11. Cover the jars with lids and sterilize for 5 minutes. This time is suitable for 0.5 liter jars. Larger jars will require more time.
