Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs
- milk - 2 cups
- flour - 1 cup
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- salt - a pinch
- oil - 2 tbsp
- oil for greasing the pan (only for the first pancake)
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs, salt, sugar, and half of the milk (1 cup) in a bowl.
2. Sift in the flour and mix well until all the lumps disappear.
3. Pour in the remaining milk and mix until smooth.
4. Add oil and mix again.
5. Heat the pan well and grease it only once before the first pancake.
6. Fry the pancakes on both sides.
