The most delicious autumn blueberry muffin: a recipe from Liza Hlinska
Autumn is the season for desserts and various pastries. These dishes bring gastronomic pleasure, and the incredible aroma of baking creates comfort in the home.
Food blogger Liza Hlinska offered a recipe for a delicious autumn blueberry muffin on Instagram. The chef claims that the cooking technology is quite simple and can be done by anyone.
Ingredients for the dough:
- Flour - 180 gr
- Baking powder - 8 gr
- Butter - 150 gr
- Sugar - 130 gr
- Eggs - 3 pcs
- Lemon zest
- Blueberries - 100 g
Ingredients for the syrup:
- Water - 150 ml
- Sugar - 100 g
Ingredients for chocolate glaze:
- Chocolate - 100 gr
- Butter - 10 ml
- Dried cherries - 10 g
The way of preparation:
1. Turn on the oven to 170C.
2. Grease the molds with butter and sprinkle with a thin layer of flour.
3. Mix the flour and baking powder.
4. Beat the butter with the lemon zest until it becomes butter fondant, add the sugar, mix, add the eggs, and mix again.
5. Add the flour and baking powder and mix.
6. Add the blueberries to the dough, mix, and put the dough into the molds – fill 2/3 of the mold height.
7. Put a load on the molds and send them to a preheated oven to 170C for 35-40 minutes.
8. During this time, prepare the syrup. Mix the ingredients, put on the stove, and bring to a boil.
9. Remove the muffins from the mold while they are hot and soak them in the hot syrup.
10. Prepare the icing. Melt the chocolate, add the butter, and mix.
11. Add the berries, stir.
12. Cover the cupcakes with the frosting and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
