Ingredients
- Mushrooms – 200 gr
- Green onions – 1 bunch
- Hard cheese or mozzarella – 100 g
- Mayonnaise\sour cream\cream cheese – 1-2 tbsp
- Loaf\toast bread – 8-10 slices
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt
- Pepper
Method of preparation
1. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions and fry in a frying pan with oil.
2. Add salt and pepper. Fry until golden brown.
3. Grate the cheese and add to the mushrooms.
4. Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
5. Spread the mixture on the bread.
6. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
