Pilaf for lunch in a new way: with what meat the dish is prepared many times faster
For dinner for the whole family, it is delicious to make rice pilaf. The longest part of this dish is the meat. But to make it faster, pork or chicken can be replaced with a much simpler ingredient.
The idea of cooking hearty rice for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeria Pytel. Instead of the usual meat, you can use hunting sausages.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- hunting sausages - 2 pcs.
- rice - 1 cup
- water - 3.5 cups
- salt, pepper - to taste
- paprika - 1 tsp.
- turmeric - 0.5 tsp.
- herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Add salt to the eggs and mix everything.
2. Pour into the pan and fry, stirring constantly.
3. Pour into a plate.
4. Finely chop the onion, cut the carrots into small cubes, and fry for a few minutes.
5. Add the sausages sliced into rings and fry for a few minutes.
6. Pour in the rice and add water.
7. Season with salt and pepper and add your favorite spices.
8. Stir everything, cover and leave on low heat for about 30 minutes.
9. Add eggs, stir, and add herbs.
